ART EXPERIENCE

A few months ago one of my clients talked with me about selling my Italy prints at her child's school's yearly fund raiser. She also said how much she'd love to have a photograph of her child at school either at work or play and threw out the idea of me spending few hours at the school photographing the kids. I loved the idea and spent several mornings at the school taking pictures of each of the 100 students. It is such a neat school and it was fun getting to watch the kids learn and play. The school is in Bentonville and they had the Art Experience event on Saturday evening at the loft space above the Pinnacle Hills Promenade. The event featured "an art auction, delicious food and wine, live music, lounge seating and martini bar" (quoted from their website). They also had an AMAZING dessert buffet. YUM!

I printed an 8x10 of each of the kids and had them for sale at the event. They were a BIG hit with the parents. :-) My favorite comments were parents saying that I truly captured their child....that is ALWAYS my goal.
