Art Festival

I was recently accepted as one of the artists for the Art Festival at the Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers, AR. Fine Art is not the main focus of my business, but it is an area I've wanted to expand in. I had both traditional and canvas prints of Italy, all professionally framed in beautiful frames. All but a few of the frames were made in Italy. My husband and I met in Florence while were were in school there for a semester. Three years later we got engaged in beautiful Firenze, so Italy holds a very special place in our hearts. Most of the pictures in my booth were taken on our 10th anniversary trip to Italy.

Day One: It rained and rained and rained. The inside of the booth somewhat matched my pictures of Venice...we had small canals flowing through most of the day. We had a sturdy booth with walls that we could roll down when the rain came. We must have put them up and down no less than 15 times. Thankfully nothing was ruined despite the FOUR inches of rain. And you know, sometimes you have to document things like this. My beautiful sister's face expresses how all of us were feeling that day. Day Two: MUCH better weather. Cloudy and perfect with NO rain. We had a great spot....right by Starbucks!
